Travel Planning Services & Fee Agreement
At Terry Rife Travel, our planning fee reflects the time, expertise, and attention to detail we dedicate to every itinerary. This fee ensures we can provide the high level of service, customization, and support our clients expect before, during, and after travel.
After our initial consultation, we’ll have a better understanding of your travel plans and can provide a clear outline of the services included, along with an estimated planning fee. Fees are based on the duration and complexity of your trip, the number of destinations, and how many transitions or moving parts are involved. This helps ensure we can deliver the attention and expertise your journey deserves.
This fee is your investment in a seamless, personalized travel experience. It allows us to dedicate the time and care needed to design a journey that reflects your style, preferences, and priorities so you can travel with confidence, knowing every detail has been handled.
Your planning fee includes a personalized consultation, custom itinerary design, access to trusted travel partners, ongoing trip management, and support before, during, and after your journey. It covers the behind-the-scenes coordination, research, and advocacy that bring your travel experience to life so you can focus on enjoying the journey while we take care of the rest.
The chart below provides a general overview of the types of services included and typical fee ranges. Exact pricing will be confirmed after our consultation and tailored to your specific travel plans. When a decision is made to move forward, an agreement will be available to sign with an invoice for the nonrefundable fee amount to be collected.

• Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• $350 Last minute reservation fee booked 90 days or less before departure.
• One household per fee—Additional households or travelers require separate fees.
Custom Tour Fee is based on duration of the trip, the number of transitions and added Components involved.
